An LED light shines directly into a light sensor. The data received by the light sensor is processed through a microprocessor to control the brightness of the LED light according to the data received. The light mimics itself with an inherent technological delay.
Lux data received in real time, and time (since the start of the loop), are displayed through an LCD screen.
At play is the notion of the feedback loop as a self-feeding organism, in the tension caused by the impossibility to hold onto the present moment as it instantly becomes the past. Incapable of stabilizing, for that stability is eternity (the stillness of all times present at once) or death.
